FRIDAY FLOWERS

You wouldn’t really know it’s the Christmas season!
Sunny, warm days and lots of time spent in the garden. I’m redoing one of my front garden beds and this is the best time of year to plant.
Love those cool weather snapdragons!

These are “Encore” Azaleas. They will bloom three times a year: spring, summer and fall. Not bad!

Peaking out on the lower right, above, is my Agapanthus. I had always seen and admired them in California where they are prolific. Mine have done ok here… just hoping that each year they will improve.
Enjoy your weekend everyone!

  1. Your hard work in the garden shows. Beautiful.

  2. Lovely garden! We still have roses blooming here but I'm afraid not for long. The temperature is finally turning colder. Monday's temperature will be a high of 50 degrees and a low of 28 degrees at night. Time to kick on the heat!

    Have a great weekend, Libby!

  3. Jeepers, I am a zone below yours and my stuff is all dried up, including the leaves. What are you feeding them?~!
