ARE YOU READY FOR THE NEW FACEBOOK TIMELINE?

I, for one, am not ready.
I don't want to change my page!
But, alas, tomorrow is THE DAY.

Facebook will change all accounts over to the new "Timeline" format.

And that means you need a "Cover" image: that large, horizontal image right at the top of your new page.

Take a look at Copyblogger's

Here you will find full, complete directions for creating this new image.

Here are the new, correct dimensions:

Check out Copyblogger and get your new page up and running!
(we'll see if I have time to get mine going by tomorrow...)

  1. I got "suckered" into the timeline a while back. Boy oh boy was I mad! There is nothing you can do to change it back. It makes me happy though that now everyone will have timeline. I'm used to it now and have had a little fun choosing the cover image. I didn't realize tomorrow is THE day!

  2. I think I am getting too old for these changes. :D thanks so much for your input on the replacements for Picnik. I am so relieved that there will be options out here. I tried to teach myself photoshop at one point a couple of years ago and then found PIcnik and figured that was more my speed. Who has time to learn all of this new stuff??? :D
    Thanks again.

  3. I stopped by my Facebook page last night for the first time in ages and hated it! There's too much stuff going on. I for one, am thinking of getting out of it, but them again, with a blog...you know. Thanks for the tips though, will check it out.
