I was looking around Etsy the other day... browsing their Christmas wrappings, cards, ribbons, tapes, and boxes. So much to look at. Lots of new ideas. So many creative ways to wrap and display Christmas gifts. But one theme seemed overwhelming: the "natural" look: lots of kraft paper and kraft paper looks; not necessarily on a kraft/neutral background, but all with that down-to-earth, eco look (but with a sophisticated twist). Take a look at some of what I found:

These are ALL small businesses on Etsy. They are just the kind of business I like to support... so go and click through to some of the links.
You're sure to find many more goodies...

oooh, oooh, I love the tags! So cute!
ReplyDeleteI quit buying wrapping paper years ago. All one needs is a large roll of regular craft paper, a lazer jet printer, watercolors and a little imagination.

Thanks Libby, for doing my searching for me. I'm buying the muslin french stick on ribbon immediately. Turns out, the vender is from Minneapolis!
ReplyDeleteAnonymous: Well, yes, but not everyone has the space, time, or inclination... Besides, by buying these you are supporting a small business!!!
ReplyDeleteDelana: Yes, I adore that ribbon: what a great idea no?
I always go for natural looks and materials. These are excellent ideas for Christmas. Superior craftsmanship.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful collection you have shown us, and like Delana, my eyes were on that muslin ribbon!
